Cancellation:
Regular Shuttle Service cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure, will be charged 100% of the total amount.
Private Shuttle Cancellations made less than 72 hours before departure, will be charged 100% of the total amount.
No Show Policy:
Regular Shuttle Service: Shuttle will leave no sooner than the posted schedule time.
After which a no-show reservation will be charged 100%.
Private Charter: Shuttle will wait up to 15 minutes past the agreed pick up time and departure location, after which a no-show reservation will be charged 100% from the total reservation amount.
